Environmental Science at Conserve School: Water Quality
Conserve School's many lakes make for an ideal setting to learn about water quality. Students practice a variety of skills including taking secchi disk readings, measuring dissolved oxygen, and how to identify macroinvertebrates.
High school students come to Conserve School from across the country to spend a semester focused on environmental stewardship. Thanks to the generosity of Conserve School's founder, all students receive full scholarships. (http://www.ConserveSchool.org)
